    Hello,

Does anyone have an old, unused, Garmin BC-30 12v power and video transceiver cable they are happy to part with?

My camera stopped working. The wiring at the camera end looks fine and I think it could be the power cable. Although the cable is providing power to the GPS, the GPS displays the message "The attached cable cannot currently charge your device”. This makes me think that the actual transceiver isn’t getting enough power to receive the video.

I know this is a long shot but I thought I’d ask the question. I live in Sydney, Australia, and hoping there could be someone local, or even further afield, who has upgraded their reversing camera and still has the BC-30 bits hanging around. And if this is the case, I’d love to hear from you.

    Thanks
    Nathan

Here are some pictures to identify the part you need, this item is available in the UK at around 60 to 100+ British pounds, Garmin part number 010-12242-21 :-

Thanks. It’s readily available in Australia too but as I’m not 100% sure the cable is the problem I’m hesitant to fork out this much money for something that may not solve the problem.
