Can't sign up or log into smartgpseco

    Hello,

    When I try to log into .smartgpseco to update the maps on my Magellan RoadMate 9616T-LM, it says the email address is already registered. When I click forgot password, it says "Address not registered." It is impossible for me to create an account or login. HELP!!
