Converting Garmin GPSMAP data to text file

    I have a Garmin GPSMAP 6000 series and have saved waypoints and track data onto an sd card. The files are .adm type and I would like to open them and save them as a text file so that I can add them to an ARCMAP v.10 project.

    WOuld love some help. THnx
