    I don't have any further information about this product, my post in #16 was the reply taken from the Wonlex website, it followed the content you posted in #15 from the same website

    I would suggest that anyone needing help with this product should contact someone from Wonlex

    I am using the se tracker with my daughters watch. She can call me. I cant call her or track. It keeps saying no equipment found. Please help!

    Hi everyone,

    I bought a SeTracker watch mobile for my son, and inserted a sim from Three network. The watch screen appears no network always, and I can’t find the watch in app. And I suppose the Screen should be touchscreen, but this one responds nothing to figers.

    Nuvi-Nebie I have bought an aqua colour Hello GPS tracking device...I have inserted the sim card I have the IP address...but the device is continuously showing offline...when I try to update SOS or contact numbers...It gives a message device is offline. I can call on that number but thats it...I cant track...even the time and updated on the device is wrong... How do I make changes

    Hi,
    I have purchased a GPS tracking watch (GW700S) and also installed and registered on SE tracker app. I have put a SIM card in the watch. It rings when I call on the SIM number but I am not able to locate the device through app. It shows error that device is offline.I am using Vodafone SIM in Hungary.
    I already sent SMS to my watch pw,123456,ts#.here r the settings in attachment. Pls support what should I do to get this working.

    Did anyone ever manage to solve this issue. Bought a watch this week similiar to the Q50. Carrier confirmed that the data connection is working.

    I purchased two Q72 GPS tracking smartwatches from setracker (ordered off wish) They have active Gps 2g 3g sim cards, and were working fine here in Hawaii. Now they are in the mainland with my kids and i cannot call through. It tells me no network connection or communication. What code do I need to send so that they get signal in Nebraska U.S.? Help ASAP

    I did it and the watch sent me this: [surl,52.28.132.157,port,8001#] ok! But its still offline

    hi, please help. Bought 2 Gps watches, one working perfectly and the keep saying it is not connected to the internet. I did send the text msg’s to both watches, the one that’s working fine I got a ok reply, the other one nothing. How do I connect this watch to the internet????

    Solved the issue for device not connected when using SETracker. SMS
    pw,123456,ts# to my kid smartwatch & it replied with the URL:47.91.138.192 which is Macao server. But my location is at Asia.

    1) Set the correct server according to your region through sms below code to your smartwatch
    Macao server: sms
    pw,123456,ip,47.91.138.192,8001#
    Asia, Oceania: sms
    pw,123456,ip,54.169.10.136,8001#
    Europe: sms
    pw,123456,ip,52.28.132.157,8001#
    South America: sms
    pw,123456,ip,54.207.93.14,8001#
    North America: sms
    pw,123456,ip,54.153.6.9,8001#

    2) Make sure your smartwatch have sim card with data plan. Else turn on smartwatch WiFi and connected to your WiFi network.

    It works for my smartwatch!

    I have purchased 3 of the Q50 gps tracker watches that should be working with SeTracker2 app. 1 watch will work half the time the other 2 continue to give the same message "no networking equipment". I have reset the ip with addresses above for my area and still nothing.
    I can make a direct call to all 3 watches and they will work but nothing with the app.
    HELP?!?!

    I have purchased the Y95 4G/LTE children's smart watch and am having the "device is offline" issue with SETracker.
    I have set the server to Asia/Oceania (live in Australia) and have a SIM with a data plan on the Telstra network.
    The watch can make and receive calls but I can no longer add contacts, use the watch finder, access GPS, or do anything else through SETracker.
    I have also tried SETracker2 but no luck.
    Has anybody managed to get this working in Australia?

    Hi, I also bought a Setracker watch for my son. I’m able to call the watch with a sim in it. But internet is offline. Whenever I input data on my mobile phone through the app, it always says the device or equipment is offline. I texted the number with the “pw.....” and this is what I received:

    Hi, please can someone help. I'm trying to set up a kids gps tracking watch however it says the device is offline. I have sent this message to the watch pw,123456,apn,apn name,password,McCmnc# and a response came back saying apn okay. But when trying to set up it still says the device is offline?
