How to decode the satellite health bits in GAL and QZS broadcast ephemeris

    Hi staff,

    Recently, I need to use the broadcast ephemeris of Galileo and Qzss system from MGEX. But from the RINEX3.x format descriptions, I still have no idea of how to use the second bit of BROADCAST-5. Also, I cheked the ICD files of those two system. However, the information is not specific enough for me to use.

    So could you please present some details to use those information to judge if or not the special satellite can be used at that epoch?
