"No matches Found" Nuvi 3790

    When trying to load a new destination, (In Hilton Head) it gives me the No Matches Found error message. Existing destinations come up with no issue. What I have tried: I reloaded the US maps, I checked to be sure the US map is check marked.

    I realize this is an older version of the auto GPS, but it has been reliable, and I prefer to use it over my iPhone.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    You would have to examine the 3790 map of the Hilton Head area to see if the name of the destination is contained on the map

    Figuring I had little to lose, I did a reset on the unit. Bingo! that fixed it and none of my existing sites were removed.
