SD card transfer

    i have an older Garmin 60Cx , unit is now not working right, buttons not all working etc
    question is my old sd card that is in unit with all my waypoints , on lakes i go on, can i put that card in new unit , will it work ?

    It depends which new unit you put the microSD card into, obviously it will work in another GPSMap60Cx but other unit's file structures are different, however you will be able to recover all data on the microSD card, you can either connect your 60Cx to a computer and download all data to Garmin Basecamp, copy files diectly from the microSD to the computer or remove the microSD from the 60Cx and then place it into a card reader connected to a computer
