Vista Garmin Track Logs

Hi Gang,

I had (and still have) a Garmin Vista that I purchased in 2002 and used for various photography trips. I'm now going back through my old pictures trying to organize them and I got to thinking about my GPS. I had it with me on each trip I'm sure. Here's the question:

If I would have saved the track logs from the Vista back in 2002 and 2003, what program would I probably have used? And what file extensions would the files probably have?

To help with this effort, I have indexed all of my old hard drives so I can find things. I've already checked and I don't have any *.gpx or *.GPX files dating to those times.

I kinda recall that it was not (perhaps still is not) possible to download the track logs from the Garmin Vista but I'm not sure.

Any help / tips would be appreciated.
